As members of The Clay Youth Ministry at The Potter’s House Church, Camdenton, MO, we are called to be ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17–20), reflecting His love and truth in our words and actions. By participating in youth activities, including weekly gatherings, Life Groups, trips, and events, you represent Jesus, The Clay, your family, and yourself. This Code of Conduct applies to all students (6th–12th grade), whether members, regular attendees, or visitors, to ensure a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered community.
General Expectations:
Maintain a positive attitude that honors Jesus and encourages others.
Show respect and kindness to everyone—peers, leaders, and those outside our group—through your actions and words.
Treat facilities and property with care, leaving spaces better than you found them.
Use appropriate language and behavior that aligns with our faith and values.
Stay with the group during activities and follow safety guidelines, including the Rule of Three (no student alone with an adult).
Abstain from alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or any illegal or inappropriate substances.
Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior during activities or trips. Leaders, under the direction of Pastor Austin, will determine what constitutes disruptive behavior, and violations may result in a parent/guardian being contacted to pick you up at your expense.
Commitment: We are a family rooted in faith, fun, and community. Your participation helps build a place where every student is known, loved, and challenged to grow in Christ. Let’s make a positive impact together!
